SynopsisAccording to the Congressional Record: Amends the Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act to prohibit the transfer of a firearm to, and possession of a firearm by, a person who is intoxicated. Mandates that the statement from the transferee to transferor required by such Act specify that the transferee is not intoxicated. AnalysisThis is another bill that never made it out of committee.
