SynopsisThe text of this bill is very long. Amongst other things:
- This bill had a number of provisions related to juveniles who had committed violent felonies.
- It contained $100,000,000+ in appropriations for various programs.
- At the very end, there was a 'gun show' provision.
AnalysisThe gun show provision sought to license every vendor at a show and implement restrictions on them. The definition of 'gun show' was wide open. It could have included a friend visiting another's house and deciding to buy a gun.
