- Amends - The National Firearms Act of 1934 and the Gun Control Act of 1968.
- Amendments - None.
- Vote - None.

SynopsisThis bill would make it illegal to possess or transfer any rifle capable of firing a .50 caliber projectile. Currently owned guns were grandfathered.
AnalysisGiven that a .50BMG rifle is generally 30 plus pounds, it is not a favorite of criminals. It has only once been used in the commission of a crime once that we can find. This is yet another attempt to infringe our Second Amendment rights.
