SynopsisSenate Amendment 2631 was introduced by Senator Levin on February 27, 2004. The protections of SB1805 were to be excluded in cases of gross negligence.
AnalysisThis bill exempted manufacturers from the protections of SB1805 in cases where there was gross negligence. Given that a court case would have been required to determine gross negligence, this bill would have negated the benefits of SB1805.
