Synopsis

Repeals provisions of the federal criminal code that prohibit the possession of a firearm in a school zone.

Analysis

Just like every other gun control law, only the law abiding follow them. Ask any of the school shooters if The Gun-Free School Zones Act of 1990 had any effect on their behavior, if they are alive.

 As a law without benefit to society, the gun free school zones law should be repealed.
