H.R.4900 , the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives Reform and Firearms Modernization Act is the latest attempt by Congress to reign in that agency that seems to want to put its customers out of business.

Covering the gamut from barrel importation to FFL mistakes, it codifies what Congress expects of the BATFE and has the effect of putting a leash on them.

Even if this bill does not pass, you think they would begin to get the idea.
