SynopsisThis law provides a tax credit up to 25% of the cost for purchasers of residential gun safes. It also prevents the government from making a list of people that take advantage of the credit.
AnalysisHere is a gun safety measure that encourages people with the right behavior without forcing them into something they may not be able to afford.
A better bill would provide the credit at the point of sale at the time of sale. No forms. No names.
