- Reading the thread in Maybe it's time to Repeal Lautenburg Gun Ban! the light finally went on. One way a prohibitted person could get his Second Amendment rights was to use the disability relief program in the ATF. This program was specifically defunded during the Clinton administration. One of our legislative priorities should be the refunding of that ATF function.
Alphecca points us to a story about the Humane Society of America wanting a minimum hunting age. Xavier Thoughts has an interesting series going. Check out Idiots with Guns. There are four parts so far.

Alphecca commentaries on the passage of the San Francisco gun ban. I will only say that, with 30% voter turnout, gun owners didn't do the responsible thing. Freedom lovers in Virginia just got a tougher job with the election of Tim Kaine. And finally, Senator Corzine of NJ is now Govenor Corzine. That is the bad news. The good news is that he will no longer be Senator Corzine. Unfortunately he gets to appoint his successor.
