massBackwards points us to the mayor of Boston who wants to reduce crime in the city by random car stops for those entering the state looking for illegal guns. Neglecting the jurisdictional issues, who exactly does this guy think he is? Instead of targetting visitors to his state, why doesn't he target the people most lilkely to be causing the problem - city residents with an existing criminal record? - Other than that, it seems to be a slow day in the neighborhood. Updates as they seem appropriate.
