The Supreme Court says that FLA law disallowing felon vote won't be reviewed.
The Appellate Court of Illinois threw out a law saying that a person carrying a firearm with a scratched out serial number could be charged with the defacing.
In California, guns that have nothing to do with a committed crime can't add to a person's sentence.
