Say Uncle informs us that the BATFE is once again reinterpretting the 'sporting use' clauses and backpeddaling a bit on their new import ban. The fact that political appointees and government workers can impact our Second Amendment rights is exactly why we need H.R.1703 to remove the 'sporting use' clauses that started with GCA68.
