It hasn't made it to the Congressional Record yet, but the Wall Street Journal has some info on House Bill 2640, the NICS Improvement Amendments Act of 2007 in Democrats Stall on Gun-Records Bill.

Does anyone else find it amazing that the Dems have a chance to pass a bill, the gun grabbers want to take credit, the NRA is for it and the Dems start bickering?

Of course, if Leahy and Kennedy want to start pimp slapping each other, just give me a front row seat. And if Paul Helmke gets heart burn in the process, we'll just call that gravy.
