SynopsisS.3621 updates Subchapter I of chapter 449 of title 49 of the United States Code to authorize local law enforcement officers to carry firearms on commercial aircraft.
AnalysisOn one hand, more people with guns on planes would be a good thing. On the other hand, I hate that law enforcement is advanced as a special class of people. CCW permit holders could be included in the class of people that can carry on planes.
