SynopsisTo make clear that the bill does not apply to actions commenced by the Attorney General to enforce the Gun Control Act.
AnalysisIt actually only added an 'or' to the end of the paragraph specified on the text of the amendment setting up the need for SA1606. The function of this bill was to "fill the tree" so that Sen. Craig could control amendments to S.397.
