SynopsisThe bill added "Attorney General to enforce the provisions of chapter 44 of title 18, United States Code, or chapter 53 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986." to the list of groups exempted from the limitations of the bill.
AnalysisThis amendment was dependent upon the passage of SA1605 which was never brought up for a vote. This was a part of the 'filling the tree' process and passage was unnecessary.
