SynopsisThis amendment has nothing to do with gun control, but we include it here because it was an amendment to S.397.
The amendment called for criminal penalties for anyone selling or renting a video game with a Mature, Adults-Only or Rating Pending rating from the Entertainment Software Ratings Board.
AnalysisThis amendment had no business here. We can only assume that Sen. Clinton wished to be able to claim she tried to update S.397 to the benefit of our children, or she wished to waste the Senate's time.
