SynopsisThis bill removed .50 caliber weapons from the qualifying factors for coverage by S.397.
AnalysisCriminal acts by a third party should not impact the manufacturer, distributor or dealer independent upon the type or size of weapons used as long as all of the parties through the sale of the firearm acted within the law.
This bill does not recognize that fact.
