SynopsisThe entire text of the amendment is:
On page 10, line 16, at the end, add the following:
``; or (vi) an action or proceeding commenced by the Attorney General to enforce the provisions of chapter 44 of Title 18''
AnalysisThe function of the amendment is to clarify that S.397 would not impede enforcement actions by the Attorney General.
The amendment had no effect on S.397 as AG actions were already not hampered by it.
