The suit filed and temporary restraining order issued only mentions a single individual and encompasses the rest of the citizenry as unnamed. In the case of the named individual, he got his guns back the day before the TRO was issued. He indicated that the guns had been confiscated in hard cases. Upon return he found they had been tagged and they were returned in the condition he expected.
